You can contact our company regarding possible deteriorations/color differences in the product in web or mobile sales. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted for goods sold within the last month. It is at our company’s discretion to accept returns/exchanges for previous months. Even if our company accepts these changes, the cargo/shipping fee may be collected from the buyer.

Your orders will be delivered to cargo in 1 to 3 days.

The orders you place on www.mayashoppy.com will be prepared and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

After your order is delivered to the cargo, it will be delivered to the address within 15 working days. Due to any problems that may be experienced, the specified period may exceed the specified period due to the density in the periods that coincide with New Year’s Eve, holidays and special days. Delivery time may change in extraordinary situations such as natural disaster, war, epidemic, fire, terrorism, etc.

A predetermined shipping fee can be paid at the time of delivery. Carriage fee will not be paid for free deliveries. If the “Pay at the Door” option is selected as the payment option, the product price will be paid to the transport/cargo company representative.

For security reasons, it is not possible to change the delivery address of an order that has been approved by the bank. If it is a confirmed order, you must cancel your order and place a new order.

After receiving the information e-mail that your order has been shipped, you can view the movements of your cargo and get information from the transport/cargo company about its delivery. The cargo company will stop by once at the address you have specified in order to deliver your order to you. If it cannot be delivered to you during this call, our shipment will be returned to us.
