It’s my first time shopping, where should I start?
You must be a member to shop on our site. By filling out the membership form, you can become a member of our site and take advantage of the available discounts and campaigns. You can add products to your cart without being a member, but you must be a member to purchase. You can complete the membership stages and start your shopping with the “Become a Member” link on the main page. You can add the products you have selected to your cart and buy them by using the “Add to Cart” button. You can see the number of items in your cart and the amount of your cart by clicking the “Basket” link on each page. In order to change the number of products in your cart, you can write the new number in the quantity field, press the “Update Cart” button on the top right, and press the “Empty Cart” button next to the “Update Cart” button to remove the product from your cart. To continue shopping, you can click the “Continue Shopping” button and add new products to your cart. If you have completed the process of choosing the products you will buy, you can make your payment by credit card or money order/eft option, by clicking the “Buy” button after looking at the contents of your basket from the Basket link and filling in the necessary information for shipping. When all your transactions are completed, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address confirming your order.

How will I make the payment?
There are three different payment options on our site. You can pay with your credit card, money order or cash on delivery.

How can I cancel my order after confirming my order?
In order to cancel your order, your product must not have been delivered to the cargo. If it has not been delivered to the cargo, you can call our online sales representatives from the phone specified in the contact field or you can make your cancellation request by sending a message from the site. You will be given positive/negative information after the cancellation request is evaluated according to the contract conditions and the type of goods.

I want to make changes to my order, how can I do?
After your order is confirmed, no changes can be made to the content of the order. You can place your new order and call our company phones +357 975 565 20 online sales representatives to cancel your old order.
